Mr Main Event's Top 10 Favorite Matches of all time: Number 1

John Cena vs The Rock: WrestleMania 28

All my life, I had one dream, attend WrestleMania. When I found out WrestleMania 27 would be in Atlanta, I just knew that would be my first one. Living in Baltimore, the travel would not be expensive. When I found out The Rock was returning to WrestleMania, I just had to be in the building. But it was not to be. However a year later, nothing stopped me and Miami was the place where I would accomplish a lifelong dream.

The night after WrestleMania 27, history would be made. The Main Event for WrestleMania 28 was annonced. Some would say this was not a good idea because the fans would lose interest in the match. However, the money the WWE made from pay-per-view buys tell a different story. Being in Miami for perhaps the biggest main event in the history of the WWE compares to no other feeling in the world.

Many who watched this match on television would say that it did not live up to the hype. The audience in Miami would beg to differ. On a night where we witnessed an end of an era match between the Undertaker and Triple H which took place inside the Hell in a Cell and featured Shawn Michaels as the special guest referee, this match had a lot to live up to. Ten years ago, The Rock defeated Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania 18. That match was not in the main event, and today the main event of that night between Chris Jericho and Triple H is often forgotten. The Rock and John Cena would not be overshadowed. This may not have been the most techincally sound match, but it was able to draw emotion from the crowd. Lets Go Cena, Cena Sucks chants as well as the Rocky & Boots to Asses chants roared for an hour throughout Sun Life Stadium. As John Cena seemed to get the best of The Rock and taunt him by trying to defeat him with his own signature move, the People's elbow, it was The Rock who popped up and hit the Rock Bottom to defeat Cena one, two, three. That night, the city of Miami rejoiced as the hometown hero emerged victorious.

Interview with Blk Jeez (Rashad Cameron)

How did it feel to get the call to the WWE to face Ryback? It felt good man, one of my goals was to get the opportunity to perform in a WWE ring. I did it and nobody can take it away from me.
He is said to be a stiff worker would you agree?Ryback was really easy and safe to work with.
When you got the call to TNA the following week, did you know who you would be facing?I didn't know who I would be facing beforehand.

What did you think of the name Ra'Shad Cameron?I like the name. TNA mentioned that I needed to use a different name and asked if I had any suggestions. I suggested a few, with Ra'Shad Cameron being the name that I liked the most. TNA liked the name and decided to use it.
What was it like to be at Destination X and compete for an X-Divison Championship? It felt really good, another accomplishment that no one can take away from me.
You and Ruckus are in the tag team tournament at Ring of Honor, what will you guys be able to do to help bring back some "honor" to the company considering the recent events?
Look for Ruckus and myself to do what we've already been doing for years everywhere that we go. Entertainment, excitement and marketability. Another great opportunity and another accomplishment that no one can take away from me. It's been a really great year for me.

Did you ever expect that you would perform in all three major promotions within a month?I never expected it but I guess it was a combination of timing and coincidence.
What is next for Blk Jeez?To continue to have a great year and to continue to elevate my game. Nothing but positive things lie ahead for Jeez. The Ra'Shad Cameron Movement is definitely on the rise!

Mr Main Event's Top 10 Matches of all time: Number 2

The Rock vs Hulk Hogan : WrestleMania 18

Anyone who knows Mr Main Event, knows that growing up my favorite wrestler and super hero was Hulk Hogan. When Hogan went to WCW in 1994, it was the first time I was emotionally attached to the product. When Hogan turned his back on the fans and joined with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash to form the New World Order, that did not change my views. I was still a fan.

When the attitude era was up and running, there was something that The Rock did that made me instantly become a fan. Like Hogan, he had a way of captivating the audience when he spoke on the microphone. The Rock was very creative and knew how to tell a story in the ring.  What Hogan was in the 80s, The Rock was in the early 2000s.

From the moment that this match was announced, I was willing to do whatever it took for my parents to order this pay-per-view. When the date finally arrived, I was glued to the television. But many would ask who was I rooting for? One one hand, there is Hulk Hogan, the man I grew up watching. On the other, there is The Rock who I am a fan of. For me, it was Hogan. How could I turn on my childhood hero?

When the match began, these two relished in the moment of the Skydome in Toronto. The crowd went wild cheering both of these icons. Many felt that this would not be a good match due to the fact that Hogan was well out of his prime. That was not the case. In my opinion, I was entertained from bell to bell. Unfortunately, the results were not what I had hoped for, as The Rock hit the Rock Bottom and defeated Hogan one, two, three. But the moment of this night was made, when Hogan's friends from the NWO, Hall and Nash came out to attack Hogan for showing sportsmanship after the match. When Rock noticed this, he immediately ran to the defense of the man who was once his hero. After the two celebrated and created on the best WrestleMania moments ever.
